Creating a button on a memo that leads to another database

I want to send a memo with a button linking to another database. I created the button, here is the macro I am utilizing @Command([FileOpenDatabase]) Now how to I specify the path after the command, I tried the windows way Server/Directory/File but it doesn't work, what am I missing?
