Replication Save Conflicts after running macro

Hi, I am running replication on a local copy of a Database I created. Replication is from the server copy. My problem is that after I run a macro that changes some of thge values in my documents ( uses a lot of enviroment variables), I get replication/ Save conflicts on all the macro modified forms. Now, I read in the LOtus Notes Knowledge base that this was a problem in Notes 3.X. any ideas. I can be E-mailed at jmuyundo@srminc.com. Thanks.
