Button to replace design

Hello

I have buid a new mail database template and i have put this one on the server in the data directory.

What i would like to do, is a message to all persons in witch message i put a button. When the user click on it, the action would do the same thing that : Opening the file menu, database,replace design, select the server,showing advanced template, and selecting the new template to replace the design. So, only users who want to change, will do.
