HINT HINT and Double hint:

If you have the mail file for all your users to have the proper template to inherit the design you can use the @Command([DesignRefresh]). THis command requires the user to be at least Designer and the database must be open or selected. (I got this out of the Programmer's Guide part 2 on page 1059 (Yellow bound books).
