Navigator,roles and views

I have a big dilemma. I have designed a database that opens to a navigator in its own window. It contains hotspots that open other views and navigators according to role. What I would like to do is in the first navigator screen have a search hotspot that queries roles and subject then opens the appropriate view and document.

Is this possible??
